Bertie Auld Legacy Whisky orders are dispatched on our behalf by Jackton Distillery.
Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only and is sent by DPD tracked delivery.
Delivery charge: £10.94 per order
Expected delivery time: 5–7 working days
Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will provide tracking information where applicable.
Free collection
Customers will also have the option to collect their order free of charge from Jackton Distillery:

Age-restricted deliveries and collections
Bertie Auld Legacy Whisky is an age-restricted product and can only be purchased by customers aged 18 or over.
Photo identification may be required by DPD when the whisky is delivered to confirm that the recipient is of legal drinking age.
Age identification requirements for collection from Jackton Distillery will be confirmed before collection orders become available.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Bertie Auld Legacy as soon as possible at:
Please include your order details and, if possible, photographs showing the damage.
We will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and returned.
Cancellations & Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please do not return the whisky without contacting us first. Bertie Auld Legacy will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to:

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this returns policy.
